Wear & Tear
Items may shift during transit, and packages may display signs of wear due to carrier handling. We recommend inspecting your package promptly upon arrival. Should you discover any damage, please reach out to our support team with accompanying and relevant details to facilitate your claim.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. To report any issues, kindly do so within 10 days of the delivery date. Please provide photographic evidence to ensure appropriate resolution. Reports submitted outside this timeframe may only be eligible for store credit.
Queen of Haircare reserves the right to review, deny or approve all claims, to reship any reported missing or damaged items within 30 days from the original shipment date. All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 10 days. Returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy. To initiate a claim, please click here.

Order Processing Time
It may take 1-7 business days for us to process your order. If you place order after 4pm, it will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
If you place order on Friday after 4pm EST, it will be processed on the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information
At Queen of Haircare, we strive to make your experience seamless!
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to address issues, and refunds won’t be available.
Once an order is placed, it’s final—no edits or cancellations. We also can’t offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders successfully delivered to the address provided.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. -
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased, except in specific cases outlined below. -
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
a. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To process your claim, include clear photos of the damage along with your order number. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If your product is lost or stolen during delivery, and the item is still in stock, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.b. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include a photo of the incorrect item and your order number. Upon verification, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Time Limit for Claims
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration. -
Shipping Costs
If your claim is approved for a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. You will not be required to return the original item. -
Final Decision
Queen of Haircare reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all claims for damaged or incorrect items.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Return, No Refund policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is confirmed as delivered to the address provided for an order, Queen of Haircare is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
We will, however, supply the customer with delivery confirmation, tracking details, and shipping carrier information upon request.
It is the customer's duty to verify that the shipping information is correct. For any questions regarding delivery, please reach out to the carrier and have your tracking number ready.

The fakes
We want to inform our valued customers, retailers, and distributor partners that we are aware of unauthorized sellers offering counterfeit Queen of Haircare products on Amazon®, eBay®, and other platforms.
We are actively addressing this issue. Please be advised that Queen of Haircare cannot provide exchanges or refunds for products purchased from unauthorized retailers on Amazon® or eBay®.
